De Cecco’s Olio d’Oliva is a precisely-mixed blend of selected refined oils with an excellent extra-virgin olive oil.
It has been created to satisfy customers looking for oil with a light flavour, subtle and non-intrusive.
With its clear pale yellow colour and slightly almondy taste, this is a perfect oil for cooking.
USES: perfect for cooking food (in the oven or fried). Excellent for the preparation of sauces, marinates, mayonnaise and in cakes and pizza.
Available in formats 1 L and 5 L.
Oil made exclusively from olive oils that have undergone a refining process and oils obtained directly from the olives.
