Spaghetti n° 12 - Gluten-Free
A precise combination of yellow corn, white corn, rice and brown rice makes De Cecco spaghetti a delicious staple, also in the Gluten-Free versions. Firm, textured and solid, it is perfect for classic dishes such as Spaghetti Carbonara, Spaghetti Amatriciana and Spaghetti alla Gricia; it is also ideal for quick solutions, such as oil, garlic and chilli pepper. The bronze-drawing process adds porosity to the pasta, allowing the Spaghetti to absorb fully the taste of your preferred sauces while remaining ‘al dente’.
