De Cecco Aceto Balsamico di Modena is made with quality ingredients and production methods, according to the best tradition of Modena.

  • the selected grape varieties, as required by the specifications for PGI products, are: Lambrusco, Trebbiano, Fortana, Montuni, Ancollotta, Sangiovese, Albana
  • It is aged for over three years in oak barrels
  • no additives or other ingredients.

This is why, De Cecco Aceto Balsamico di Modena stands out for the quality of the product and its refined taste.

It can be used in food preparation both directly during cooking or straight onto ready-prepared dishes. It gives a very pleasant, sweet and sour flavour to meat, vegetables, fruit salads, cheese and desserts. Available in 250g bottles
